If you’re enrolled in most Walmart medical plans, a licensed support clinician may reach out to you directly to help you with solutions that range from finding after-school programs to navigating a move or finding a mental health provider. Whatever your need might be, each clinician knows your Walmart benefits and how to make them work for you.

A licensed support clinician from Humankind may call you directly. During the call, they’ll introduce themselves, check in with you, and offer support to help you handle whatever challenges you may be facing. If the time they call isn’t convenient, you can let them know when to call back.

This benefit is completely optional and costs nothing to use. If you don’t find it helpful or prefer not to use the service, you can let the clinician know and they’ll note that you’re not interested.
Humankind is there to listen, develop a plan, and point you toward the resources available through Walmart to help you live better. Humankind asks what you’re struggling with, then works with you to find solutions. This can include help with finding after-school programs, navigating a move, connecting with mental health support, or understanding your many Walmart benefits.
If you need help finding the right Walmart benefit or finding resources for issues like bills, food, housing, or care for a sick family member, Humankind also offers a “Help Now” service, available to all U.S. and Puerto Rico associates. Mental health resources.
Connect with confidential mental health resources through Lyra, such as digital self-care tools, in-person or virtual counseling, and virtual mental health coaching sessions. Services are available to you and your eligible family members on your first day as a Walmart associate and are at no cost to you.
Virtual mental health visits.
Get to your healthy best by connecting with a primary care provider or mental health professional over video visits through Doctor On Demand by Included Health. These virtual visits are available at no cost to you with most medical plans. Associates in the Saver HSA Plan will need to meet their deductible first.
