Based on your needs, devices like a CGM (glucose monitor), smartwatch, and smart scale are provided while you are in the Twin Health program. They connect to the Twin app and help you understand what works for your body.
AI Digital Twin
Your Digital Twin is a real-time model of your unique metabolism. It analyzes data from your smart devices to give you daily guidance on food, sleep, activity, stress, and more.
Care team
You’ll get help from an expert team that guides you through your care plan. The care team gives advice, celebrates your progress, and supports you every step of the way.
Twin Health is available at no cost to you and your dependents aged 18+ if you need support for type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes or weight management with a body mass index of 35 or greater and are enrolled in the Premier PPO Plan, Saver HSA Plan, Contribution HRA Plan, or the Personalized Wellbeing Copay Plan. You must also meet clinical eligibility requirements.
